All applicants for the Dr. Richard A. Grossman College Scholarship fund must be a child of a Ventura County Sheriff’s Office employee serving the County of Ventura. A total of 4 scholarships will be awarded for 2019. ***Scholarships are paid to your university in the amount of $2500. per school year. This scholarship is offered for a maximum of four years.
